I love these kind of masses everywhere so much. but was kinda envious of an eye-popping number like 2.5%, like "Why couldn't I live in a city/state that engaged?" Then I just did the math for the Los Angeles one that included Lady Whorfin (and @pongping and @dowager_pongping!), and realized it was 1.5-2%.
@jessamyn I accidentally cut off my * about not meaning to make this a "mine's bigger" thing, but while we're on the subject, big hat tip to Bishop, CA (pop. 3,900) and the reported 300 who protested there! (TBF, that's probably folks from all over Inyo and Mono counties, pop. ~33K, but impressive for two very red, very snowy ones).
@samh Assuming you're not in WY or AK (or the Dakotas I guess) then you're up at 2MM+ pop. So 20,000 or more? Nice.
