I remember taking acid when I was in middle school and the floor of building I was in turned into something similar. Interlocking escheresque patterns of lizards morphing into turtles and seagulls and technicolor zebras and whatnot. Then I went to a Korn concert and just sat mesmerized with wonder at the huge speakers hanging from the roof of the arena. If I ever suspect my kids are on drugs, while they're out tripping their faces off, I'm going to do a quick reflooring job with those bad boys and hope they come back after the drugs have worn off and briefly wonder in terror if they've permanently wrecked their brains. It'd be worth it. Plus bonus sweet new floor.
