I haven't spent any time in the kitchen this past month. I haven't felt like cooking, or even eating, really. Haven't felt like doing much.

This afternoon, I decided to make a meal for myself, for the first time in a long time. It's simple and didn't require any effort, really, but it's a good start to trying to establish a normal routine after my life being turned upside down.

Small steps.
