Does he dribble at all when he spins or is he travelling?

@travis It's technically a travel, but the NBA rarely calls that first step. The last one looks like an extra step but isn't considered one because he's putting his feet "together" and jumping off them at the same time. But yeah, in a high school game he'd probably get called for it.
