^was just going to ask if it works. Also have heard watching the sunset everyday helps too, if you can catch it.
it does help! and the results are almost immediate. within a day or two, even just today after my first treatment of the season, I'm no longer getting random suicidal thoughts or that depressive sadness in my chest.
