I first used the tracker about two years ago. When the delivery guy came to the door, we knew his name. I said "Are you bob?" It blew his mind we knew his first name. Guess they weren't used to the technology either.

I was impressed by the names part as well, until I realized the Dominos near my place had just entered "Mike" once and never changed it.

I thought Mike was amazing, making every pizza I ordered, and delivering it. He was also apparently a shape shifter.
