I assume if a helmet is made for/market to kids, and a 3 yr old child removes one of the latches 10 minutes after putting it on (she removed it WHILE SHE WAS WEARING IT!), that's a design error, right? Bell Helmets, please replace the latch for me. The local bike shop where I bought it won't fix it or take it back. Help! We can't ride again until she has a working helmet.
