Note: a friend has paid up through this year her medical care via Banfield Pet Hospital. She has all documents for this care. So the adoptive owner won't have to worry about that for 2013.

Contractor suggested 3 other layouts for the stair configuration but this seemed to be the least damaging to the overall floorplan of the first floor. Bonus: we can knock down the wall between the two bedrooms against the back (top) wall, and have 2 large bedrooms downstairs (with closets; right now the 2 tiny bedrooms in the back don't have closets) and 2 medium sized bedrooms upstairs with closets, and I can finally move the washer and dryer in from the garage and put them in the master bedroom closet (which becomes a laundry room), and the area under the stairs becomes the new master bedroom closet.
