HOW DO I GET UP TO EXPLAIN STEP HELP

In the Android tradition, Google TV hides a lot of cool stuff under a WTF interface.

I know it's been widely panned, but at the risk of sounding like a fangirl, I gotta say: I love having Chrome+Flash on my TV. I browse Gawker.tv and my Instapaper "to watch" folder and Stellar in Chrome on GTV almost every night to catch up with all the web videos I'm interested in that I didn't want to watch at my desk during the workday. It's like your own customized version of The Soup.

While I'm confessing fandom for unusual things, might as well get this out too. A few weeks ago I ordered a pay-per-view live UFC fight on ufc.tv in Chrome on GTV, and it was awesome. You could switch camera angles, mics, and commentary during the live fight, rewind and reply in slow-mo, and UFC marks events in the fight on the scrubber (like submission attempts and takedowns) so you can go back and watch those while the judges score.

Such a great viewing experience, in Flash, in the browser, on the big screen in my living room, with the remote in hand.

Gina, how do you install other applications on the device? I know there must be a Vimeo app of some sort (or is everything just a shortcut to Chrome?) but I can't figure out how to add new apps or remove the ones I don't want.

I bought this specifically for Chrome+Flash, so I could watch pirated European TV feeds (Sporza FTW!) on my TV, so I could see cycling events live that aren't broadcast on cable or the internet officially. (sometimes it's a webcam pointed at a Dutch TV)

Are you guys using the Logitech box?

I got a Sony blu-ray thingy. The remote control is way smaller than the logitech one, but no less of a nightmare to use.
