I've been here. It's a missile museum in central Ukraine. The launch room is 100' underground in a launch silo that is suspended from the walls of the shaft and has a 700 ton manhole cover on top to guard against a direct nuclear hit. The operators would sit in chairs with 4 point seat belts so they wouldn't get knocked away from the button. This is also the missile division that was sent to Cuba during the missile crisis.
