No idea what this means.

lived here from toddlerhood-age 9. working class neighborhood in developing suburbs 30 min from St. Louis. House used to be blue with white shutters that had tulip cut-outs in them. We had a swingset, teeter totter, jungle gym, giant playhouse with electrical outlets and everything; for a while an above ground pool until a storm destroyed it. neighbors were pretty trashy. house on left contained a sociopath named Brad who once threw water ballons at my grandma, and his little sister flipped me off and threw a rock at my face when she was maybe 5 and i was 3. On the other side were my best friends, but their home life was a little crazy. Their dad was a huge jerk; eventually they got divorced, and the mom shot herself in maybe 1993. When we were in high school the dad finally came out of the closet, so maybe that has something to do with why he was such a miserable person. Across the street a dude would come out in his underwear and threaten to call the sheriff if we were noisy past 8pm, even on holidays, and yell at anyone who parked in the street in front of his house. Parents bought and sold this thing for almost the same price, about 50k. A few years after selling the entire area had been developed and they were going for 3x as much.
