Ouch. Is that from several hits or just one?

one low, 65mph pitch which I skillfully batted straight into my foot, but there's bruising and blood pooling all around the edges and sides. The impact zone is that big pink splotchy area across the top. It has dimple marks from the texture of the ball. Apparently my navicular bone is fractured or something.

Oh wow. I'm surprised it's not at the black and yellow stage yet. Love those babies.
Does it hurt to walk?

I'm pretty sure it's because it's still bleeding probably. I think I damaged blood vessels, and have to be on it a lot to work and even in a cast thing it gets pissed. It hurts off and on walking, and sometimes not bad when I'm careful and not on it much. I did lose a match of air hockey the other night and did an angry stomp with it, completely forgetting, and it's been acting especially like a beeotch ever since.
