There's an amazing restaurant up here on the Oregon coast that does a dessert called "The Adult Ding-Dong". The pastry chef starts off with nicely done chocolate cake, injects freshly made whipped cream then they dip it in a thin layer of chocolate and serve it chilled. It's fantastic.
