First of all, the problem is not gun control. It is education. If a person wants to kill people, that person will find a way whether it be a dirty bomb or a big fucking rock. Yes, because armed revolution will change things for the better. And gun control won't work because all criminals are connected to a magical black market where they can get firearms. And the freedom to possess instruments designed specifically to kill people is worth having because of the dream that someday you'll rise up, John-Galt style, and take the power back.

Do you sincerely believe that the United States government and American society will decay to the point that a massive, organic revolution of the people would be successful? And if so, how long in that process does the United States Constitution remain relevant enough that its second amendment will ensure the vitality of that revolution?

And oh by the way, here's the problem with your dirty bomb and big fucking rock scenarios: If one tries to acquire a dirty bomb, they will have to do so through some pretty dark channels, and any glimmer of light in those channels will probably be identified by the intelligence community; and you're likely to attract no small amount of attention trying to haul a big fucking rock into a school, unless you're on the agenda for a hands-on geology lesson. But weapons of war, like the ones used in Newtown and Aurora, have no peaceable purpose in a civilized society yet are still entirely legal. You may be able to reconcile that; I cannot.

And oh by the way, I myself could make a bomb that would kill more people than what happened at newton AND Aurora(I think my definition for "dirty bomb" must be wrong. I never meant a bomb using anthrax/bio-warfare or nuclear waste). Of course a "civilized" society has no use for weapons, our society is not "civilized".
