rainbow trout. garlic. dill. green onions. a lemon.
i caught the fish today in the market and it came without guts. get something like that. get some garlic and mince it. mince some of that dill as well. save a sprig or two for later. presentation, bitches. chop up some green onions or shallots, whatever. grind some of that lemon skin off the lemon. cut the lemon in half. use one half for the juice and the other half for slices. mix it all with the minced shit and some oil. then throw most of that mess INSIDE the fish where the guts are supposed to be. then jam the slices in there as well. wipe some on the outside of that dead fish as well.
wrap it up in a heap of foil. throw it on a medium/high grill for 15-20.
