@spingo @dantsypants SUCH A BORING ANSWER: We have multiple bottles of stuff we use a lot because sometimes we have to buy it out of state. For instance, Doorly's XO is a great rum that's only available at Total Wine stores, and those stores aren't in our state.

Then there's the good stuff, which we hoard because it's not available anymore, but are happy to pour out for guests.

Fucking Midori

@poorusher A friend hosted a cocktail party recently and my contribution was a six year old bottle of Midori. I felt like the shittiest person on Earth.

I've never been able to have more than about six bottles of liquor at once. I invariably drink it because hey ! there's still five more left ! FOUR more left ! THREE more left ! and so on.
