According to the package, a serving of shredded cheese is 1/4 cup (28g). This is 28g in a 1/4 cup measuring cup. The 28g actually filled the 1/2 cup. So, WHICH IS IT? Because obviously 28g has quite a few more calories than 1/4 cup.

Alcohol: 1 gram = 7 calories
I suspect the 1/4 cup measure is a packed cup.
You have a scale, so go with the scale. (Most people don't hence the cup equivalent...)
