I stopped watching the Oscars when Titanic won Best Picture, but I made you this chart anyway.
This is why I now own somewhere in the realm of 300 movies made prior to 1970. Google those years. Though, to be honest, the undercurrent of racism in some is often disappointing. But then- minorities and women still tend to be killed off the most quickly in current films. Nice chart!
