@JD My wife typically does the same. We have all the ingredients, but unfortunately her father's in the hospital and not doing well (she's there with him right now). I'm still making most of this tonight (though I don't know how to do the cabbage as well as she does) and hopefully everything turns out for the best.
Hope he gets better.
