@spooktree an Amazonian and I used to get lunch at least once a week at a banh mi shop down the street from Amazon. A while later that shop was featured as having the worst food safety rating in Seattle.

I had one made with tempeh once and every meal I've had since has been disappointing.

I make them at home all the time. Canned sardines work surprisingly well in them.
