@annterland I think the point is, it's not the only issue. And frankly, gay marriage is a battle that has an inevitable conclusion, it's only a matter of time until it's unilaterally accepted. In the meantime, we have an economy that needs sorting, a war that needs ending, bush tax cuts that need squashing and many other things that affect a lot more people right now. I'm vehemently pro gay-marriage, but it's not the issue we should make our stand on.
