Carnitas Taco + Sunny Day = Yes

I did a big batch of carnitas a couple of weeks ago and served it up as tacos for my neighbors. I can't get enough of carnitas tacos. I really need to get myself a tortilla press, though, because store-bought are no longer doing it for me.
