Greenberry Thomas and Eliza Jane Sexton. My 3rd great grandparents. She was considered Melungeon, and he is supposedly half Cherokee. She was born in Scott County, Virginia, he was born in Letcher County, Kentucky. She is listed as white on her death certificate. He is listed as white on his birth certificate.
