@LetUsGetLed Agreed! I use it a lot. I have a tuning with a low C that I use too, which is so rich and lovely. Hooray for alt tunings!

@amypetty While a neat tuning to be sure, it's open D, not dropped D. Dropped D simply lowers the low E to a D, whereas this makes an open strum of the strings a D chord.
Still, a sweet license plate. :-)

Actually, DADGAD isn't open D either, it's DADGAD. (If that was a chord, it'd be Dsus4) Open D is DADF#AD.
