Cut hair outside. When too cold to cut hair outside, grow hair.

you squat over the sink?

i use a tshirt from the dirty clothes hamper, shake off most of it outside, the rest comes out in the wash

i use a razor that has a built in vacuum. $40, by Braun. works perfectly.

This has actually just blown my mind. I use the shower head to rinse the sink and its a pain in the arse.
