@moehong I just salted and peppered steaks, let them sit for about an hour, patted them dry and put them on the grill for about 6 minutes a side, flipping 4 times to get cross-hatch pattern. Asparagus was just halved because they were really large, then lubed with garlic-salt, ground black pepper, and olive oil. Sweet potatoes you can just julienne and season as you like then deep/shallow fry or put them in the oven (I did oven @400F for 25mins.
