Into a highball glass pour 1 shot of Kahlua Especial add 3 cubes of ice (of residential fridge size) over the ice and Kahlua, pour fresh-ish WHOLE MILK (cream is too much and sickening) until there are a little more than 2 fingers from the rim. Pour 2 shots quality vodka into the milk (this will produce some moderate& desirable curdling) Stir the drink with a swizzle very lightly, you want visible layers of flavor left intact. Serve with a drinking swizzle or non-bendy straw. (so the consumer can move the siphon up an down to enjoy different zones.)
You know what's not bad? "Brown Russian" with chocolate milk. Then again, I do tend to have strange tastes. I discovered this while in need of a drink and low on supplies.
I never blend or shake a white russian
The 'perfect' white russian:
Into a highball glass pour 1 shot of Kahlua Especial
add 3 cubes of ice (of residential fridge size)
over the ice and Kahlua, pour fresh-ish WHOLE MILK (cream is too much and sickening) until there are a little more than 2 fingers from the rim.
Pour 2 shots quality vodka into the milk (this will produce some moderate& desirable curdling)
Stir the drink with a swizzle very lightly, you want visible layers of flavor left intact.
Serve with a drinking swizzle or non-bendy straw. (so the consumer can move the siphon up an down to enjoy different zones.)
