Incoming in 1.0.1

Have a small bug fix release lined up, which so far includes:

- better state for when a shake is empty
- end of shake state
- bug fix with NSFW cover and videos in stream

Outside of a handful of other tweaks, still on the hit list is the nasty issue where image downloads just stop until you force quit the app.

As with all good bug fix releases, there is also a new feature - which you can find in the screenshot above.

I'll be submitting 1.0.1 to the app store this weekend.
