Forgive my stupidity @burgletime, but I don't think I get this cartoon. Also: 7 fucking dollars for a weekly magazine?!?!

@bocaj I can't figure out any meaning that isn't intended to be offensive. Subscribers pay about $1/issue, newsstand economics are goofy.
