The very same break! My grinder has this bad habit of accumulating finer coffee dust in the corner of the grounds cup, and I in turn have a bad habit of whacking it on the edge of the Chemex to knock that chunk into the cone. Never believed it could break that way.

@shanecyr That's how I broke mine, too. I just shook that grinder a littttttle bit too hard, and clink! Sadness went everywhere.
