actually that's the face of someone probably getting some verbal direction from a person off-camera, assumably the photographer. everyone in this equation - the model, the photographer, the photo retoucher, the toilet, even the wall-mounted heater - thought they were bound for better things in showbiz. and, hopefully, an advertiser or a business lecturer looking to inject a few laffs into a dry presentation will purchase this stock photo. then everyone can get paid and get back to being the best model, stylist or toilet they can be and hurry on from this embarrassing display. for now, though, it's a good story to tell your friends about after a long weird day, something odd to think about when you're later taking a dump for real.
