I just last night made a batch of Do Chua in anticipation of a springtime Banh Mi jag. These are the kings of sandwiches.

A handful of amazorners (hi @maggie1000) used to eat from a banh mi shop down the road. Later it was determined to be the restaurant with the lowest health rating in Seattle.

now I'm angry all over again about the local vietnamese sandwich shop closing.
