3 table spoons Sesame seeds (mix black an white for bonus points)
1 table spoon Jer's Spicy dry rub
Small amount of garlic powder or fresh garlic
Add 1 table spoon light soy
Rub this Sesame paste on the flesh side of a nice Sockeye steak.
Sear sesame side down in a oven safe pan with a little sesame oil. give it about 2 minutes undistributed.
flip the Salmon steak skin side down, cover with sliced lemons and bake for 10-15min at 320F.
Make a basalmic/soy/horseradish (I actually used a horseradish mustard) sauce by heating those three things in a pan and stirring till it resembles a heavy cream in consistency.
Plate the salmon, remove most of the lemons and drizzle the sauce.
