Schoolyard Bully

Arm physically restraining this much older man, body leaning in, finger wagging in face. Rick Perry is obviously a straight-up, insecure schoolyard bully. The worst part is that there are a lot of otherwise-reasonable people who think that's a credential, not a criticism.
