A local froyo place here in town offers discounts in the winter. They sell at 41 cents an ounce, and if the high dips below 41, they adjust the price to reflect the temperature.
Being Albuquerque, it doesn't happen often; I think the lowest they got was 13 cents an ounce.

The last time that happened was the winter before they opened. For almost a solid week, Albuquerque was the coldest city in the entire nation. Would have been more exciting if it hadn't caused massive natural gas shortages across the state, but at least to my knowledge there were no fatalities as a result.
