1 egg
1/4 c flour
1/4 c milk
parsley
onion flakes
garlic powder
black pepper
FRY
your favorite sausage (mine is spinach/feta chicken sausage) in little pennies in an 8" cast iron pan
DEGLAZE
pan with some lemon juice and then melt a T or two of butter in the hot pan
Put the egg mix in the pan and put the pan in the oven for about 15 min.
Remove pan and toss in sausage pennies, handful of shredded cheddar cheese and some shakes of parmesan/romano/whatever. Return to oven for 2-3 minutes.
Serve with Fresca.

I'll be serving it with Sanpellegrino, though. I have become addicted to their pomegranate/orange soda -- it's my new luxury.
The closer any food gets to resembling pizza the higher the priority for entering my belly. It's Thranx's Theorem.
And this is a lot less like a huge piece of bread (AKA foccacia which has no eggs, so more starchy and less protein) which is good for my macros.
@devilsrancher Let us know! I made a double recipe in a 12" pan and it came out fine.
Where do you stand on custards, since I feel like this is a lot more eggy and custardy than, say, French toast.
