I am shocked, shocked to see these four criteria are not being rigorously monitored by big-city police depts., as they so frequently champion the public's various rights. </s>
I don't think using cities that have <10% coverage as examples is valid. Those are clearly just targeted projects or initial testing. The "omg every cop needs a body camera!" response is still in its infancy.
Interesting on the larger deployments tho. #4 is the biggest issue IMO. If there was no arrest or detention, they should scrap the data. It won't happen tho, I'm actually quite shocked there's that many greens/grays in the column.
