@stereoplex My company moved to a space like that a couple months ago, it was universally loathed by all but the accountants, who were delighted by the vastly lower space to human ratio.
I'm in love with the Inland Steel Building, 1958 open floor plans...futurism. How the hell did people get anything done? It looks pretty spectacular in the late afternoon/early evening when lit from within from our offices across the way.
I have studied up on it. I work in the Helmut Jahn designed building kitty corner from it. All the main board rooms on each floor are in a glass bubble facing the Inland Steel. An homage.
I choose my seat at meetings for the view. I haven't been inside yet. Hopefully this next OpenHouse.
