I could mix you some WICKED tropical drinks with those ;)
they'd be super sweet tho! got any mixers?
party at my house!
@tonyb I came late to the drinking world and am not that conversant with liquor talk. In the fridge I have lemon and lime juice, maple syrup and strawberry beer. If I peek at this list...

I also have hot sauce and eggs. And milk. Coffee and tea.
I drink the marshmallow vodka with cocoa in the wintertime. The coconut rum goes in diet coke occasionally. The rest were gifts. The Frangelico was a first date gift from @not_on_display (quirky! but he is quirky!) and the champagne was made by my ex-husband and I can neither open it nor throw it away. Does champagne go bad?

@mashcan For decades, the late and lamented Del Rio bar in Ann Arbor, MI had a bottle of Mrs. Butterworth's on their large liquor shelf behind the bar. If you ordered a shot, they would pour you a shot. And the staff would not let you leave until you drank it.
Oh man, Jessamyn. On the other hand, grab a bottle of Boone's strawberry, and you'll be the most popular kid in the 7th grade.

Champagne doesn't go bad for decades, I don't believe, and then it has to do more with the cork drying out and allowing air to oxidize the wine.
@ardgedee Unsurprisingly the Michigan PCEA shut them down for unlicensed distribution, no doubt. (Pancake Consumption Enforcement Agency)
@dad I am glad I am girliest in SOMETHING.
There is a real liquor cabinet at my dad's (old) place that has rye and stuff, you guys can come to a party there.

I love the suggestions, and the overall tropical flair! But are you turning into… https://www.youtube.com/watch... #kith
@jessamyn - if you ever want to experiment, make a fancy pina colada type drink with the following
in a blender combine
- crushed ice
- 1 shot coconut rum
- 1 shot pineapple liqueur
- 1 shot coconut cream
- 2 to 4 shots of pineapple juice (depending on how strong you want this drink)
blend well and garnish with either mint, chunks of fresh pineapple, or both
it's Hawaii somewhere!

@jessamyn I can vouch for champagne's endurance. I pilfered a bottle of Dom Perignon '78(?) in my late teens from my folks's liquor cabinet, and saved it for a special occasion. Turns out that was proposing to Lady Whorfin 20-ish years later. The character had probably changed (I don't really have a Dom reference), but the stuff was still quite drinkable and tasty. Just kept it in its box, in a cool closet/bottom drawer for most of that time.
