Why are we all posting photos of Chad Lavi photoshopped on to things?

@jonson - it is a MEME that started about 24 hours ago, when chadlavi posted a picture of his bald self to the pile to show that he couldn't participate on the Glorious Hair Shake (which was created earlier in the day to show off glorious hair).

At about the same time - many folks were posting pictures of their beards - since a different lady piler had expressed interest in seeing people's beards

Some piler put one and two together and put artwell's beard on chadlavi, and the meme pretty much snowballed from there

Now the meme has its own shake
