I'd really just like a reliable way to post a picture from the "share" menu in iOS to mlkshk, but apparently STRW can't do that. This is a separate issue entirely.

@dantsypants how about "when i like a post, save it to my dropbox"? you can do a million things with IFTTT, just not use MLKSHK (yet). thanks for being the first to shit on my idea, though!

@dantsypants for me it's not a sharing thing, it's to be able to find things I posted in the past more quickly.

I already back up my Facebook posts/photos to Evernote via IFTTT, the tags make it so much more efficient for me to find a past post/photo. Can't tell you how many times I've tried to find a photo in MLKSHK and had to backtrack through 40+ pages.

@ian the Hue supports setting it to the dominant color of a photo, you could easily have it change color every time @tonyb posts. IF WE HAD IFTTT

BTW @mlkshk did not ask me to start this massive grassroots campaign, though they would love it if we succeed (I assume).

@jhamill maybe with some of my examples, but not all. And certainly not all uses people might have for a MLKSHK channel.

@NickSeam IFTTT.com is neat. It lets you set up "if this, then that" actions for a lot of things on the internet. You should try it out. And ask them to add MLKSHK.

@brokosz I'm not asking MLKSHK for a feature, they've already asked IFTTT for this. I'm asking people to use the proper channels to request this from IFTTT.

Yo nerds, MLKSHK has RSS of your uploads and saves. Use that to save to a google drive, dropbox or evernote. I've been doing it for months.

i agree it's incomplete. i put in a request at ifttt for mlkshk support.

@Kevin the other thing about RSS is it's only one direction - OUT of MLKSHK. @dantsypants might not be excited about it but having ways to pull content IN to MLKSHK would be nice.
