saw a show in Littlefield (guys from Wilco and Battles), Wythe Hotel/terrace and some nearby bars (as Wythe's terrace closed quite early); oh brooklyn brewerie was closed for a private party..

@Allanpoe Oh, so Williamsburg. I try to avoid that area as much as I can, far from home and full of over-priced pretension.

@chadlavi well, I was taken there by my ny friend.. but last time I'd been there, walked back to NY all the way from Prospect Park and pretty much enjoyed it. since I was in NY during the snow storm a bit after Sandy, I was a bit limited on my day trips..

Imagine all the gas being wasted waiting for gas.

This line goes up 4th Avenue past my house, so I've walked by it every day so far. The general narrative has been a shift from NY plates and engines running to NY and NJ plates and cars either turned off (lines moves very slowly) or out of gas, and someone(s) hop out to push the car when the line moves.

That completely sucks; I sympathize. Especially with people who have jobs requiring them to drive there no matter what.
