Watermelon Crawl
I don't like to get to fruit-juicy with my cocktails, but watermelon is light. I don't think it will mask the flavor of the liquor.
1 ounce gin, such as Waterloo
1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 ounce fresh watermelon juice
Garnish: 1 lemon twist
1 ounce gin, such as Waterloo
1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
3/4 ounce fresh watermelon juice
Garnish: 1 lemon twist
("to" = "too")
An interesting ingredient: the clear juice of the watermelon rind.

Pomelo and Basil
The way basil complements gin is the closest thing to proof of God I've ever found.
For the Basil Syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
6 large fresh basil leaves, torn in half
For the cocktail:
1 ounce freshly squeezed pomelo juice
3/4 ounce basil simple syrup
1 1/2 ounce gin
